In as much as I highly agree with most write ups, but know that domain name with quality back links and SEO ranking with long years of reg , that are related to another companies are very difficult to see. If you are lucky to catch some during drop, it will be on very high price like $xxxx or more and only for money spenders can get it. I don't think many of us here have much resources to get those quality domains that are dropped and whot relisting. I may be wrong though.

But on another thought, the domain will be in possession of an administrator/designer. So, if there is contractual disagreement, he has the knife and the yam, he can cut to the size he desires.

For example, when domain renewal notice comes it goes to the web designer email box because that is what was entered.

Avoid them like a plague abeg. Reg'd two names with them this morning, turns out they were unsuccessful and the money is to be refunded according to Paypal, now I'm not sure which of the two I'm getting a refund for.

Also, they don't have a refund policy for domain name registrations. So you might have to be very circumspect with registering your names with them.
