This is a very good message but I really doubt anyone will read a very long unsolicited email like this, Most of the "expert" domainers usually recommend no longer than 3 paragraphs of two lines each. It's one thing to open your mails it's another thing to read it, the emails have to be short and precise as much as possible you only have about 15secs to grab the reader's attention according to stats sha.

The first Question you have to ask yourself when sending an outbound message is that, If I receive this same kind of verbose message will I read it, delete it or mark it as spam?

Business owners receive lot of emails on a daily basis both solicited and unsolicited. So, to pass through the Gate keeper barrier and get your Email Message the attention needed, you will have to make your Subject Catchy and Your Body of Message precise.

DAN is slow with everything nowadays. They'll even make you feel like an idiot for asking them to do their job.

If you must contact them, forget about the transaction thread that was opened for that particular transaction. They don't respond to that. Reach out to them through support@dan.com, they respond faster there.

After the transfer is finalized, you must also remind them to pay you. To me, DAN is gradually losing touch with its customer base. Imagine a buyer telling me that DAN refused to send him any message after he made the payment, yet Laszlo kept insisting the efforts they'd put into reaching out to the buyer does not tally with their cut of the transaction price. Imagine.
