You talk of 2000 tonnes of cereals! A highly mechanized agriculture should be able to have millions of surplus food for her neighbors. If Tz sent over a million tonnes of cereals to her neighbors,why can't a highly mechanized Ghana do the same or 4 times of that? Why can't Ghana be a food basket of west Africa since you are highly mechanized?
FYI,Tz will be the biggest cereal producer over passing South Africa in the next year.
