Glo is a scam, me and my wife uses the same RN7, she got 4G on her phone since October, up till today my own 4G Glo sim is still showing 3G, I even exchanged Sims; na same thing

This is different from the normal ambient display on AMOLED screens. This one only displays while charging and it's a feature of google assistant.

This happened to me once and I had to call the customer service desk and also sent them DM on Twitter before they 'refreshed' the 4G service on the SIM Card and bingo, I got 4G. You might need to call them as the sometimes the Glo Office staff may not have provisioned the SIM card correctly. I hope this helps
