iSlayer: You will slap me for exposing your lack of knowledge and ignorance? Is that what strong, black men do? Do you find pride in such utterances? I have told you how the female inheritance was abolished. You may not care, but at least, one woman changed a culture that was against women and many more will rise to do more for a maligned group in society. A WOMAN did it. Put that down in your history books 2 Likes |

Please, I want you all to know that I am in no way supportive of men that don't assist their wives in housework when the situation calls for it. And I am in no way implying that marriage shouldn't be a teamwork between man and wife. All I am saying is that some women need to learn to be humble and respectful. It will solve many of their problems in marriage without need for Shiloh 2020. |

Hmm! Saka is a very good player though this is not the first time seeing him play. He will be a very good addition to the team. Tiago Ilori played CB for Sporting Lisbon today and from what I saw, he will be a very good addition to the team. I wonder why NFF or Rohr never tried to approach him until now. I saw a little bit of Adekanye in first half for Lazio though I didn't know he was the one until I saw he assisted on Livescore. |

neither did i imply that i am in support of men maltreating their wives and turning them to slaves all in the name of marriage all i am advocating for is that it's unafrican for a wife to compete or rub shoulders with her husband as the head of the house. in igbo culture and tradition for instance the duties and responsibility of husbands and wives are shared naturally (highly rooted in igbo custom and tradition) which is imbibed in them from their various homes right from the young stage of their lives till they grow to maturity to leave apart from their parents and fend for themselves. a good wife showcases the adequate home training taught to her by her parents especially the mom why a good husband have been molded the way he is right from what he learnt from home especially from the father. i will never support the maltreatment of women in the name of marriage and wont find it funny with any of my inlaw who treats my sisters or daughters that way. and also who told you that women do not get a share of their father's properties? its a thing of choice and no caring father will not apportion any property to his daughters if he s spoilt with the riches to do so. safarigirl: 1 Like |

safarigirl: I'm playing with you and you're vibrating like I pass my neighbor. Cheap points or what?! The law is now in place and even my aunts got huge inheritances to their names just last December. I'm totally for it and it's a forward move. So the point you wanted to use to drive your women subjugation argument is Dead On Arrival and you're only chasing shadows some more. And it doesn't matter if a woman did it, she didn't do it for women she did it for the Igbo race. Understand that and you'll live happier. 1 Like |

charlesemeka85: Who said anything about rubbing shoulders with anyone? You have misconstrued my stand on shared responsibilities at home to mean rubbing shoulders with a man. I am not foolish, I know that genders will never really be equal, but some people seem to not realise that today's realities do not align with what obtained thirty years ago and we cannot be as our fathers, just like our fathers could never be like theirs. Today's realities have women doing things that women traditionally don't do. Ask our grandparents and you will find that in the past, women mostly stayed home and cared for kids, they had their own time. Today, women have to go to work just like men do, they have to bring in money like men do. African Feminism is only asking men to contribute to building homes beyond bringing money, since women do that too. Be present in your child's life, help around the house. If your wife is paying bills with you, try and assist her in the home too. Nobody is saying that roles should be reversed and women should go to work while men cook and clean. I find that a lot of people do not have a firm grasp on what African feminism should be about and that is why there is so much aversion to it. I would recommend certain literature to help you guys grasp this concept, but I have been told that men do not like to read prose. |

Blueelf:this myth was dispelled for me a few years ago. I have seen mad people inside husband house, no even go there. Those nice guys that everyone thinks will make their wives happy, na them dey marry crase women. I saw real life representation that disrespectful women get married to good men, no reason am. Since that experience, whenever someone says that marriage is not a reward for good behavior, I dey believe them. Thanks for your wise words. |

It is irresponsible for any father not to contribute in raising thier kids domestically. Grooming a child doesn't end at paying for his or her tuition fees and welfare. It goes deeper than that safarigirl: |

I detest feminist and feminism,i wonder if this crusaders continue with this what the female generation will look like in 10yrs time. Most of those canvassing for this were victims of bad relationship experience.I think feminism should center more on fighting against abuse on girls child, domestic violence, child mutilation and bad cultural pratices against the girl child.Afterall we all need love, care, respect, irrespective of the gender. We can't make a better world with inconsequential strife. The number of divorce is on the increase because of feminism and fight of supremacy,God never made woman with the purpose of her to strive with man but for both to work together to make their life and society better.Wisdom is profitable to direct, rather seek for wisdom than knowledge because most knowledge is infiltrated with nausating ideology. 2 Likes 1 Share |

charlesemeka85: A lot of fathers leave grooming to mothers and believe that money is all that is necessary. The utterances of a lot of young men today, reflect this same belief. Thankfully, I have seen some that understand the idea of partnership in a marriage. 1 Like 1 Share |

lol. cooking is one chore among many. It does not reduce the woman in any way. So I don't see why we have to bring the lady's profession or career achievement into this. When a man takes care of certain chores that are considered manly, do we bring his profession or achievements into it? If a man thinks because is a bank CEO for example then he can't take care of his responsibilities in the house but would rather pay a servant to handle some things, then I don't see what's wrong with career wives hiring cooks. Cooking does not necessarily mean submissiveness in my view. A woman can cook for you, act like she is worshiping you but in her heart is the complete opposite. it is that food that she will use to kill u easily. People like to see things at face value. You sef I was joking with you in a decent discussion we've had for hours and you started to go "Is that what strong black guys would do?" What's the meaning of that?! Because I threw playful jabs at you?? And this ekuke shine rode on it to spoil the discussion. I'm done. The purpose of the discussion was to air a few views and that has been served. Next time. |
