The Nigerian senate and government in general should value their people and enact the following laws to help create a saner society towards the path to development.
1. Punishment for fraud should be 20 years in prison .
2. Armed robbery, kidnapping and murder should be swift death sentence. Rape and pedophilia= 10 years .
3. Government official corruption and embezzlement should be 50 years .
4. Ban and criminalize : street or roadside hawking ,wrongful parking ,littering ,child abuse ,overloading of vehicle ; should incur heavy fine or even prison if necessary . Ban burials in private properties. All corpse should be buried at public cemetery.

A national ID database is needed to keep tab of activities . Secure the borders and improve security by having CCTV cameras at highways, major roads and other public spaces . Valid National ID should be prerequisite for lodging at hotels, schooling, healthcare, and employment . Uninterrupted electricity . And as mentioned earlier, building codes to ensure better living conditions.
All roads should be built with drainage, sidewalks ,road markings and traffic signs .
You do not need the tallest skyscrapers to be a developed nation, just implement the above and Nigeria will be on the path.

Below is Onitsha Hospital . Again that shows a poor and shabby finishing and lack of value for the people .
The hospital only needs a single good quality building. The hospital in the pic below cost twice less to build than the Onitsha hospital in the first pic . Pay attention to aesthetics .

Anambra State Government Commissions Newly Constructed Building Materials International Market Extension At Ogidi.

Anambra state government has today, the 26th of November 2019, officially opened the newly constructed Building Materials International Market Extension, at Ogidi, in Idemmili North Local Government Area.

The market which is made up of over one thousand lockup shops was collectively built by the marketers with the aim of making things better for both the marketers and their customers.

The Anambra state Governor, Chief Willie Obiano was represented by the Deputy, Dr. Nkem Okeke.

Present at the event are the state Commissioner for Trade and Commerce, Mr. Uchenna Okafor, President Anambra State Market And Traders Association, Chief Ikechukwu Ekwegbalu, President General Building Materials International Market, Chief Jude Nwankwo, among others.

What kind of ugly, mediocre, patch patch, poor, and substandard work is this? I'm disappointed at the people behind this building.

Business is what we do, it is what we breath and so if we are to be taking serious we must start to incorporate that in our character. Giving our best to it.

Hmmmm, Anambra is on the verge of an industrial Explosion , the type that has never happened in the whole of Africa, but my problem is can the Anambra people handle what is about to come their way , rapid urbanization , influx of capital , influx of goods , influx manpower with their short comings etc , exploitation of land , industrial waste outputs , destruction of river life , farm land .

Anambra might be the first state in West Africa to witness an industrial revolution / explotion

Lagos is not my idea of an industrialised City moreover Lagos is not able to handle the environmental pollution that is happening there .

My idea of a fully industrialised city is Shenzheng, or Mumbai

Anambra has to be very wary of their dependence on the National grid, all it takes is for a bigot to switch off or wreck the grid connection to Anambra to put spanner to the wheel of progress

Why is it that the average Anambra business man in Anambra hates advertising, most dont even have advertising budgets for their companies/products. With proper advertising most of these products will boom very well nationally. Manufacturing is beyond production alone. Our people need to embrace advertising

With the fast pace at which Anambra State is being industrialized, the completion and commissioning the State Airport project to take care of the air transport needs of the top evecutives, senior managers, technical partners, and high profile clients of the numerous companies should be a top priority of Gov. Obiano administration. I pray he achieves that before his tenure ends in 2022.

Yes, they need to do more. Everyone can see how INNOSON gained massive publicity from sponsoring last BBN and it's paying off. Anambra manufacturers should take advertising seriously
