Tried to help someone 2 weeks ago from Korea here to pay application fees via the same jinhakapply site, it did not work out. Card both Nigeria and Korea did not work, no option for cash deposit, no option to generate a special account in your name with a bank here, I advised him to abandon the effort and look for another school. He has done that. If at this initial stage you are having difficulty, when it comes to paying fees/ the school sending required visa docs to the embassy in Nigeria what will happen?

If the application is still open and it persists and you have limited options, try calling the school and find out if they accepts off_line application.

a woman in the ministary said they dont legalize photocopies

No problem.

Lemme take it one by one.

There is no way you can send your originals to the school, what you'll send are the legalized photocopies of the original

But, MOE will NEVER legalize the photocopies without seeing the originals.

So, when you want to submit, you submit both the originals and the photocopies, they'll stamp ALL OF THEM, and return to you.

Same applies to the Ministry of Foreign affairs.

Please, check the page before this, I explained how it's to be done there.

The number of copies you want to send determines the number of photocopies you'll submit.

Meaning: Let us say you want to submit the document (WAEC result) to 3 schools, you'll have to submit the original WAEC result, with 4 photocopies. So, when you do the first clearance at MOE, you inform them how many you need, that'll determine the amount they'll ask you to go and pay at the bank

Same applies to the Ministry of Foreign affairs

I hope this helps, Sir

Same as MOE and MOFA, the embassy will legalize only the photocopies that have been stamped by the ministries

But, just as the ministries will stamp the photocopies alongside the original, the embassy will REQUEST YOU TO SUBMIT THE STAMPED ORIGINALS.

The embassy won't legalize the originals, they just wanna see it before they legalize the already stamped photocopies

You are welcome, Sir.

If I may add, I'll advise you use the Lagos office rather than the Abuja embassy, they require less documents and you'll get it same day (if you go early), or highest the next day (if it's a working day)... Only thing is you'll have to pay for each document in dollars, not naira

Just go to those aboki guys and change your naira into small denominations of the dollar. The embassy will issue you change if you have change to collect

This is unlike Abuja that requires more documents and will take about 4days before collection
