Friendship is like a tennis ball. Both parties have to put a significant input by hitting

Friendship has to be a mutual kind for it to work (both parties gain) or at worst, symbiotic (one party gains, while the other part neither gains nor lose). Once a party is losing, it is becoming parasitic and is not fit to be called a friendship.

Some people want to only run on your mileage. Saving theirs for themselves only.
Be mindful of people who stick around just only to get in your gigs but all you see of theirs or the closest you get is there social media updates. Travel light too... once in a while at least. If the ideas dosent have them in, they say hum... it’s can’t fly. Be a better friend to your own self and dreams too . Bottom line protect your mind.

He/She is threatening to leave you because he/she is feeling trapped, abeg free am, another person will look at your prison and call it a blessing.
Stop forcing them to love you. Sometimes you have to just move on because you are too valuable for misery!.

Okikiosibodu,
Very humbled sir...thank you.
What a kind gentleman.
Every single quote is really telling the honest truth. Really resonates with me.
When you've had some challenging experiences in life, these quotes become reality.
I appreciate seeing some encouraging and motivating threads every now and then on Nairaland.

Now let me not further derail this lovely thread.
Sorry about that..
I now will go into "silent" mode (for the future) and just enjoy reading...
