Draw 2 lines in front of the table, label the first *RATE (N)* and the second *TOTAL (N)*

under rage write 550, under total write 169,400 (ie 550 x 308).

Do that for all items.

Add your supervision fees, VAT, contingencies etc

*Final Note*

Your rate should include materials and labour cost

For Item F.

1. How much would you charge to produce 1m of Kerbs (you'll be given the design or propose one)

2. The Kerbs must pass a concrete test (cube test) after 28 days to the required strength stated in the bill.. Ie 21Nsqm

3. How much would you charge to install the kerb per meter.

4. Add profit and attendance

5. What's the total cost of production and installation??

Multiply your total cost to produce 1m of Kerbs by 17m (total length needed)

Prices of survey in this area are expensive... An original survey can cost u 350k but if u can negotiate it, that's better

I made provision for 4 AC on all flat and 2 water heater in each flat, however it will be difficult to calculate the load since it's going to be a rental property. Maybe I will just go with 16mm for the load since we don't have fire service in Nigeria.

I would prefer u get a competent Electrical Engr to do a simple design for u... It will in the long run save u cost & all the loads would have been calculated... U will even save more instead of running 16mm all through... If u need somebody that can do it at an affordable price, I can refer u

Please house , is it true the cost of survey of half plot and full plot is same . I called a surveyor who is saying such but I doubt it .

Fast forward we seal the deal and we delivered as promised.
A good turn deserves another, before we could even finished the job he gave us another job. Compound interlock stone.

Work in progress on that.

I met the paint there REGAL paint. Wow, but wait o it’s like we are TWINS from diff mother.
If I counted it now it will more than 8 diff sites we have met.
Even that giant WHITE house at Oshogbo gra you painted just of recent, is very close to my site where we are working presently.
