If u don't have any driving school certificate, it will take 28 days to a month. U only get temporary License immediately if u already have driving school certificate. So go to VIO office, i think there is a document they can give u, to cover your DL for a period of 3 months or so, u can take the document to taxify office.

I wanted tinting mine but i got discouraged when someone said if you are being attacked in your vehicle people will not know.

Never knew Ocar is now have much riders in Abuja. I thought it is only in lagos
