This is against the law and we should not condone this behavior just because he brought people back from SA for free or just because he used the proceeds of crimes to set up a viable business that employs Nigerians. There will be some soft landing for him because of his good deeds but that does not mean he should walk away a free man. That is a dangerous precedents for any society. I know some will say what about this and that, even the US system as good as it is doesn't catch all criminal. You can only prosecute those that you can catch.
