It is a legal matter, try to learn, people dont just criticize things like this because they have nothing better to do, I am doing this to prevent misinformation that may have life threatening consequences for the ignorant offline.

I think he is a very talented young man. He is very creative and is part of a group of young professionals who design and fabricate other machines.

This boy was at the University of Leicester I think or some university in the Uk under sponsorship years ago. I think he struggled with some core modules, lost interest and dropped out but before that, he was part of the team of undergraduates that competed in some auto design competition. His team won that competition.

He has passion for designs, I watched a programme about him. I think he is amazing but he needs to improve on his machines as they could pose serious health risks to users of those products.

One of his designs was a maize processing machine. I watched in horror as the operator was forcing the maize cobs into the machine with his hands, he could easily harm himself in the process.

The boy is a gem. I think he needs to work with some bigger companies or research groups.

COREN registered Engineers also have to be licenced and get C.Eng status in the UK before they are allowed to practice or call themselves an Engineer.

It's so regulated that in the US, an Engineer that Holds a Professional Engineer's License (PE) of New York State cannot Practice as an Engineer in for example Texas, unless he holds a PE license for Texas state too.

1. The fact that you also said these titles have become meaningless in Nigeria due to the unregulated manner in which people call themselves titles that they have no right to, humbling such together in meaningless strings like Alhaji, dr, chief, engr so so and so, is the reason why sanity must be brought back to restore the prestige of our Engineering Title, it is not for just anybody, not for your auto technician, or your phone repairer...

2. Perhaps you will tell me the people you know, and the clients they have or companies they work in, putting Engineer before their name, when they are not Coren licensed, so that the needful can be done.

The mistake you people make is that you think it's all about the title, you all go around giving jobs to Quacks, when problem now arises, you will be shouting all over the place that Nigerian Engineers are incompetent, whereas these guys may just be Engineering graduates, not Licensed Engineers.

When you work with a Licensed Engineer, if anything happens, you as the Client is protected....that is what you dont know.

And are you seriously trying to tell me there are other fields of Engineering apart from Civil, Elect and Mech?...as if that is not common knowledge, dont be pedestrian in your opinions.

I do not want to come across as a Killjoy, but please, it is wrong to call him an Engineer, he has not done anything special here, and it is an embarrassment to the image of this nation to make it appear as if he is a genius or something just because he did something Most US High school students with interest in Cars do far better and regularly.

This is a very very ordinary bodywork project that carshops and modders do popularly across the US and the developed world, even south Africa. You will never see a serious car enthusiast drooling over this.

This is just metal fabrication and welding plus painting. If you know what goes into designing and building a real car from scratch, you will not be all over this.
Even innoson Just assembles car parts, he doesn't design or manufacture.

Mods like this are fairly common in Abuja and Lagos, they tend to be even better and more practical than this.
