900k? !!! Inflation in Nigeria is something else. Please people don't waste time, anything you have now just start your project with that. Don't over think or over analyse things, just start with what you have now. To think I did 40ft a couple of years ago for under 400k in Delta just goes to show you that beating about the bush can be very expensive at the end of the day. Inflation is not smiling in Nigeria.

cos some people are telling me to use GRANITE.

No risk per se, before now alot of people build with gravel, but granite is better & with a higher strength too. If u are unable to afford granite, use stone base, gravel is now kinda outdated
