Hello Sint, it's basically a solar pure sinewave inverter with low idle consumption .

Quick Overview ;
Proven value for off-grid, backup power and self-consumption

ConextTM SW is perfect for off-grid, backup power and self-consumption applications, it is a pure sine wave, hybrid inverter system with switchable 50/60 Hz frequencies, providing power for every need. For expanded off-grid capacity, the Conext SW is integrated with fuel-based generators as required to support loads larger than the generator’s output.

It’s also self consumption ready, able to prioritize solar consumption over the grid, while maintaining zero grid export. The Conext SW works with the grid to avoid peak utility charges and support the grid when utility supply is limited. Accessories include pre-wired universal DC distribution panel and AC distribution panels. Stacking two Conext SW units will double the system’s total output power and available solar charge controllers allow for the integration of solar capacity as required.

Kindly call my details in advert for purchase or outright order from Lagos to any state as usual .. Thanks

For a 750w to run 18hrs:
750×18=13500w
13500+2700=16200w

For 750w to run 24hrs
750×24=18000w
18000+3600=21600w

To run a 16200watts or 21600watts load, you need about 15pcs to 20pcs of 200ah battery
2kw inverter.
Charge Controller
3000watts panels or more...
Cables and breakers.

That will cost a fortune, seriously talking of millions.
But, in the real sense a 750w load will not be run at once so, practically you may end up running say about 400w or even less at any given time so that makes the system cost effective and more realistic.

You can contact me for proper costing and advice.
Thanks for this wonderful answer bro, but you didn't drop your contact.

Thanks to all who patronized us yesterday & still calling for more order ! I also wish to inform y'al about the modest idle consumption of our South Korean TBB inverter as seen in datasheet below smiley.. Quite interesting as 4000w 48v idle state is 62 watts , and eco mode or power saving mode is 15 watts ! If you're on a budget bit below 240-300k , simply call me for this 5kva pure sinewave inverter !!!

Hello All,

Is it possible to connect the AC output of an inverter (5KVA) to the AC input of a second inverter (1.5KVA)? Planning to do this to charge a second battery bank that does not have solar attached to it. Also, the second inverter and battery bank will power other isolated equipment.

What do you experts recommend?

Its possible... Your major concern should be the capacity of your PV...ensure your PV output is enough to handle the additional load the 1.5kva inverter would require to charge the additional battery bank...
Personally I have similar setup running without issues.

Yes as stated "combined total" ! Solar 50a , AC 20/30a as written in system manual .. Guess you compared with gennex 3kva 24v with 600w solar Max as seen in datasheet snapshot below but this 3kva model is approx 1500w max solar ! Cheer's

Please I need help on how best to deal with this panel - I need to fix new cables on 3 out of 9 panels.

These were Flames panels from my old system that I sent to family house to for their use but the installers did a shoddy job twisting wires together with not enough contact area, in each set of 3 panels in series the outgoing negative cable (that would go to PV combiner box or CC) is burnt all the way.

The things I have considered are to purchase 6mm stranded cable and;

1) Desolder the old and solder on the new 6mm cables with MC4 at the other end

2) Unscrew the red highlighted screw, crimp on eyelet terminals to the 6mm cable and use that point as the new connection source - I have concerns about long term stability or the screw wearing lose under strain or high currents or possibly bypassing the diodes (didn't work out the physics of this)

3) Acquire a spot welder and use this to attach new cables to the panels.

I want to make an easy and durable connection - I would appreciate advise from any who have walked this path before or have expertise.

Someone I spoke to blamed the 'Alaba' Flames panels but I still have 12 units from the same batch (3 years +) on my roof and no issues - I am convinced the issue was how the connections were poorly/lazily made as the cables burnt from the connection point all the way to the panel junction box.

its possibble, however, i think a standalone smart charger would be better/consume less energy to charge the 2nd batt bank.
also, have you considered simply running ac cables to power the load you have on the 2nd inverter

Please what capacity of standalone charger will one need to charge 4 units of 200 Amps 12 Volts batteries?

A 40amps charger should get the batteries full within 10hrs if you only discharge the batteries to 50% at each use.

If you can get a 50amps charger, the charging time can further be reduced to 8hrs at 50% DOD

Option 1 is better. I had a similar experience and I had to use option 2 because it was a smaller setup and an emergency fix.

I use the 1.5HP GenCool. Its great. I have a Power Meter attached to it. I noticed if you put it in the GenMode, It will peak at 850Watts or slightly less. It is great. You can give it a try.

Meanwhile, on your emoncms dashboard I see you have the battery AH log, can you tell me how you got to set that up? I run emoncms as well but have been trying to get the AH on my dash as well.
