The truth be told, many Nigerians will not join such protest because of the following
1. They benefit from the menace directly or indirectly
2. Scared to sacrifice their lives
3. Scared of the government locking them up in police cell but would hypocritically protest against pastors
4. They haven't been pushed to the wall yet like their counterparts in China
5. Keep believing in God to solve their problems whereas God has given them brain to think

I was defining bad governance from the perspective of an average Nigerian. We have NEVER had good governance in this country, but whenever someone from a particular ethnic group is in power he automatically gets thumbs up from his ethnic group regardless of what is on ground. So your definition of bad governance may not be the same as someone from another ethnic group.
