God was called Lord, Christ was called Lord, kings were called lord "2 Sam 14:19 etc. But anywhere you see " LORD" it is the Name of God that was replaced with the term. There is no statement (unambiguous) in the Bible where Jesus said I am God or worship me. I use them interchangeably.
As long as one understands the Godhead..and the functions of all three..and their ultimate sovereignity.
God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
I use the word "Lord" oftentimes, to refer to Jesus Christ...also understanding that He and the Father are one.

Allah began in the Arabic lands. He was spread through violence and slave trading. The knowledge of God Almighy, the Creator of Allah doesn't spread through such negative ways. Allah was a local god for years before finally becoming an international god, yet that doesn't erase the fact that both he and Jehovah have a creator. Read the account of how they were created in the Book of MCC 1: 14.
