All the info you need is on this thread. Just give it some time and read from page one to at least page 10.

If a customer or rep calls out an email address by spelling the alphabets, and maybe numbers in some cases. Should I still write the email address in full after I've written it the way it was spelled out?

If the email address was spelt out, please spell it. If it was mentioned alone, transcribe it. If it was mentioned and spelled, transcribe it and spell it out too.
Overall, make sure you're turning in a transcript that is easy to read and understand.

Never have I ever transcribed an email like the way they spell it out, even when they are using the echo, papa, alpha and all of that, I just take that correct spelling and write it in the correct email format, simples, cos I can't be typing A-B-C-D@efghmail.com, just seems odd to me. Has worked for me so far.

Sure. I know bro. abt rating guideline. You'll understand better when you're in my position of observation. However, thnks for mention.
samsard:
There's a rating guideline, some so called minor errors get a major markdown. If the audio is challenging, they also are a bit more lenient as long as you put in a decent effort.
And yes, there's a bit related f subjectivity in every human judgement. Do refer to the rating guide and dispute any rating you're not comfortable with, you might end up with a worse rating at the end, if I may warn.
Been there, done that.

To be clear, the functionality you're describing is something we've had suggested to us. and I believe it's in development. We're very focused on building the best product in the space, but we still have to prioritise new features. To reiterate, you're looking for the ability to highlight multiple accounts and see the top metrics for all highlighted accounts. Is that right?
