to super eagles fans you have to be a super dribbler like jay jay before you will be certified good and talented but they turn blind eyes to efficiency and end products.

the same pple that castigate ndidi that he is yet to do anything tangible in the national team not putting into consideration that he is a DM

coaches of nowadays doesn't joke with tactically disciplined players who have high work rate with good final balls. i have said it before that modern football wouldnt have fair to a player like jay jay

Lol

I thank God they are not the coach sha

I don't understand why kalu dosent light up the thread every weekend... Truly I have heard and seen Simon more on this thread over kalu...

I always enjoy watching him in the S.E, but why he nor dey score and assist for Bordeaux na?

Kalu is good and we do put eye on him

He is even more preferable to people here than Moses Simon

He doesn’t score much thou ,but he is good

There is much more to his game than goals and assists. He is always having big ratings each match he plays, even without the goals

Our match against Ukraine should give u a clue. He had no goals or assists but was our over all best player on the pitch Bkus of the effect his presence had on that game.
yeah, you don't lie, he is actually one of my favorite player in the Eagles, if anybody can beat 2 defenders easily, then he is that person...

Eredivise Top Scorer, anyone?

If he maintains this tempo, I see him in Ajax next season (and Netherlands if Naija doesn't go for him)

I just hope he doesnt win the african best

Mane is better than him , mane still have a better season that him last season

And once again mane wil still have a better season than him this season

And if liverpool wins the epl mane should be crowned the epl player of the season

Agreed except the part where you said Mane will be better this season

Season never reach half.o Salah can find his form in the next game

When u are up against a defensive side, u need no other person but a Kalu to use his piece of skills and locomotive dribbles to commit the defenders or open up the defenses for his team to pounce. He is one eagles player who I find inventive and he doesn't dribble aimlessly unlike Dennis, Iwobi and co, his, is rather quite purposeful and goal oriented. He has won us many matches since his debut against Seychelles

Ligue1 football would suit him more. He would do well for clubs like Rennes, Nice, Marseille and Saint Etienne

Bar the wicked movement(dribble) that got us that first goal Against Ukraine, he also won us two clear penalties, one was given while one was unfairly denied us, add to that what woulda bn his assists that was wasted by Iwobi's woeful shooting.

Dude is a delight too watch, but, I want more from him, all the same

I know He worked as a Match Analyst for the 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cup for ESPN. Also as a pundit for the BBC in the 2013 FIFA Confederations cup. Currently he is also a guest on Football Dynamics on Bloomberg Africa, and with BT Sport for their coverage of Ligue 1 and Bundesliga, but I never new he's now added the EPL(as a co-commentator). I just found out today while viewing the Arsenal match.

Now the question is, for how long has he been working for the EPL, as a co-commentator? Na wetin I wan know

How consistent is Kalu? Definitely a bundle skill but i think he can offer far more than he is giving. Also his passes can be suspect and he really does not cross much. On his A day he can cause so much damage but how often do we get those days.

Pained ke? Who will he bench? Ndidi? Aribo? Iwobi? He's not an upgrade on what we have. The only one that pained me is Tomori because I feel he'll be a real upgrade

He is gonna be a good second choice to Ndidi at least he is better than Agu and azeez and probably will compete for a shirt with aribo
