German grade is 2.3 which is good. But is the application for Summer or Winter?

Well most times the English translation of the message should be at the bottom of the email. You might want to check properly if you haven't.
But in case it actually isn't there then you can use Google translate.
You can just type on Google " German to English translation"

copy the mail and translate it via Google

It's just like to whom, so you can use it for as many schools as you want
