I bought a new 1.5KVA Blue Gate UPS and I charge it for 12hrs as instructed, when there was no Power I plugged my laptop to it, not even up to 30mins the UPS started giving Low Battery peep Sound...

It's this normal? I was thinking the battery should last for at least 3-4 hours.

Guys, is it normal? is that the average UPS battery duration?
