So you are still waiting for UACN @6. I doubt if it will go below #7.

I remember some pipo that were waiting for it @2 when they released their q3 financials.

If you observe it's trading pattern for some weeks now, I see it closing on a higher low daily and probably a new high by Friday.

@Bamofin: Hope u got answers to ur questions? I think a lot of UACN folks will offer their REITS and UPDC prop shares for sale, once the spin offs are completed. At least, that's what I'll do. It's just a bonus na . So, maybe the REITS price may fall in the medium term. Well, one never really know these things
Hopefully, by April/May 2020, UACN would give me good dividends(REITS & PROP shares) and great capital appreciation.

Happy to see you back in action. Yes I got responses from members including from emmanulewumi, oak and Rebeka who are quite happy with the stock.. From their comments, and from literature I subsequently discovered, UPDCREIT is more of a dividend paying stock which one should hold with long term mindset. I already got dividend of about 12% of my entry price. Its main drawback is its illiquidity. It.is quite likely that the price of the stock will fall tremendously post unbundling of uac and the doling out of reits as bonus which most investors will fling. This will present a buy opportunity for dividend hunters. Again thanks for your assistance as I am finding my way back into the stock investment space.

I don't use Morgan but you should be able to download it from their itrade platform.

You do not get certificates for stocks bought on the floor of the stock exchange. Your stocks are domiciled with the CSCS.

You can always ask your broker to print out your CSCS account for you or you subscribe directly to CSCS for N2,500/annum and have online access you your account.

Then the xgen system will match all qualifying orders and do closure by 2.30pm (that's when you see market activity pouring in like water). This is also the period MM decides on where they want prices to be.

You can actually check/get your contract notes from the portal cos they're not really consistent with sending that via e-mail these days.
Once you login:
- click on report at the top left
- click on the button to display drop down of the list under the report
- then pick the contract note you wish to view, imput date and you're good to go.
