Search and spread your net as much as possible, there are 380 schools in Germany and you can send out ur application as early as possible so u can get admission cause you are a first mover and have the grace of God.

Most German schoolsare tuition free schools,visit daad.de. You should patiently search for course of your choice and schools that pays no tuition,you will get them there in abundant.

What you should channel your concerns to about money is your survival in germany.

EPL needs to be certified so you have to certify it and send it by post

Send an email to the school first to notify them of the missing document, ask if you can send the complete doc by email.
