TheGoodJoe:I observed something yesterday, I was enjoying my ps3 yesterday, but It was very difficult to break down my opponents, most of the time I pass the ball to "neymar" and hope to dribble the whole team... but when I started releasing ball asap, 1,2s, the players were running into spaces and I could finally lob the balls behind the defenders, or a tru ball, I started having some chances of my own... It might be just a game after all, but the only way you can beat me in ps3 is if you think faster and can score with the few chances you'd get... 1 Like |

komekn: And look at this redundant attempt at defamation, which we have come to know you for. This whole post is nothing but a delusional and demented attempt to save a battered and disgraced image. And to think that you are still here without any shame writing your typical beautiful nonsense. You make claims and accusations you have nothing to back up with...if I say prove any of the accusations you made against me in that rubbish you typed you can't prove it and this is who we have come to know you for. You declared I am a coward in real life yet you don't know me...remember when I said you are demented ? Dementia is a medical condition suffered mostly by geriatric patients and you are not far off the mark! You have been rebuffed and refuted with facts by young boys you are old enough to be their grandpa yet you have no shame. Yes, Supernerd is old enough to be your son yet he has used facts to slap you around like a little biitch. These guys beat , whip and slap you around yet you are still here trying to keep relevance. One day you are from Peckham, next you studied in Enugu , next you be confirm Warri boy...you have no self worth nor esteem. 2 Likes |

Starboytwo: Precisely. You get this more in Fifa when you set the defending on legendary and you are up against a player who is good at zone press defending. Dribbling or holding the ball is next to impossible. The only way out is to master quick passing and thinking. Making decisions with the ball and before the ball gets to your players. Then the game becomes fun. It is a replica of the scenario the current players face. Which make their skills less appreciated. In the clip below. Watch Mahrez stature how there is virtually no fat on his body. Just plain muscles. Then he runs a marathon on the field and great first touch. He is also very skillful too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_W51kcHi5Q |

my guy skill pass skills Maradona, Pele, Cruyff to mention a few were geniuses, football innovators who won so many games with individual brilliance. De Bruyne who you mentioned the goal he scored on saturday against newcastle Pele and Maradona scored numerous types without breaking a sweat. These old school guy's football IQ was off the charts. i'm really struggling to agree with you that guys who faced defenders hell bent on breaking your legs will suddenly find it hard to cope in a modern era that penalises every little foul committed. bros you are really dismissing Pele and Maradona et al because you feel they can't run threadmill and go on a diet? The 2017 london camp is starting to bear fruits. The likes of Aina, Akpom, Maja are there already. I believe Eze will join soon. I thInk we should organize these kinds of camps every 2-3 years. England has the highest concentration of Nigerian talent so London is a good location to get them together. 3 Likes |

chrisooblog: In the modern game, the pressure on build up play and to make a throw is so intense now. Next time a Manchester City game is on, watch how difficult it is for the opposition to make throws. Talk less of walking past defenders and scoring unbelievable goals. It is far more difficult now. The defenders of the past were brash while the defenders now have intelligence. |

Boss go to any dusty pitch in lagos you will find jugglers aplenty but pulling these skills of in high pressure situations with results on the line is something you have to give to the old school guys. The Mahrezes, Sterlings and aubumayeangs of today are decent but the breath taking abilities of these past footballers will leave you in awe TheGoodJoe: |

Allnigeriasoccer.com can now reveal that the identity of the Danish Superliga club that failed in their bid to sign Nigeria U17 captain Samson Tijani. FC Midtjylland were prepared to pay 600,000 euros for the services of Tijani but the central midfielder's camp turned down the offer with the hope that his transfer fee will skyrocket after the 2019 FIFA U17 World Cup. Collins Edwin Sports Club have no control over Tijani and his father, Mr. Bashiru Tijani, is being forced to deal with Dotun Coker, who is the Chairman Technical Committee, Lagos Football Association. Anything that must be done regarding transfer business has to pass through Dotun Coker, who is acting as a proxy for a Board Member of the Nigeria Football Federation. After the U17 AFCON, a meeting was set up between Collins Edwin SC, Dotun, the NFF top shot, Samson Tijani and his family and during the meeting the NFF official threatened the midfielder that he would never play for the national teams again if he went against the wishes of Dotun. Dotun later took Samson Tijani's father to the Nigerian Immigration Service to apply for an international passport and when the traveling document was issued, it was seized by the LSFA official, so that the father cannot travel abroad to discuss with foreign clubs without his knowledge. Before the Golden Eaglets traveled to Brazil for the World Cup, the owner of Jossy United FC made an offer to Tijani's father too good to refuse. He rented an apartment for Tijani's father, placed him on N100,000.00 monthly salary and his wife was to receive N50,000.00 monthly, and in return he got an exclusive parental consent. In addition, the Jossy United owner facilitated the return of Tijani's sister to Nigeria from Oman, where she traveled to to work as a domestic help but had complained that she was regularly being 'abused' by her hosts. |

TheGoodJoe:TheGoodJoe, Forget it please. The Players of those generation are something else ooo. And please forget about the Cocaine addiction by Maradona oo because there were much more better Players than himself. After all, The growth hormone therapy MESSI had equally have some influence on him as well too. Or how do you judge the Nigerian SE that attained a yet to be equalled nor surpassed 5th placement in the FIFA rankings till date inspite of the retinue of superstars that have been churned out since the 1994/95 generation across the length and width of the AFRICAN continent. At least we watch them and can vouch for them and their prowess. Too much rules nowadays have even killed the beautiful game of football with so much stoppages inhibiting the Free Flow of football. @ TheSuperNerd, so much more about those Players you referenced and Left for me though, CR7 and MESSI wouldn't survive those days to a large extent in the face of injury because of the kinds of hard tackling in existence back then too. So saying Players of yester years wouldn't cut in in the present days is debatable opinion absolutely |

i think they would have coped football is highly tactical and mechanical these days but it's still that stroke of genius such as de bruyne's on saturday that will more often than not win you games. Zidane who i will not put at Maradona or Pele's level did stuff that seemed to be in slow motion but when you are the opposing player on the end of such display you will know what happened was no ordinary dribbling skill TheGoodJoe: 1 Like |
