Of course he can. Every case in state or federal high court can be appealed. Even after appealing and he still didn't get desired judgement he can proceed to supreme court to get justice. But the president of appeal court or the judges can throw the case out for lack of merit. 1 Like |

hisexcellency34: Yes he can appeal. It is the right of anybody to appeal any judgement up to the supreme court. Whether the appeal will be heard or thrown out is a different matter |
