There is no Islamic legislation that states a punishment on earth here for such offenders.

Quick question dude, if say South Africa was an islamic country today like Saudi Arabia and all the social vices go on a decline as you say Arabia is does it mean South Africans truly love Allah or they are just afraid of consequences?
