Back to back games where Freddy’s player selection made the game more difficult and complicated than it should have been which ultimately cost us today’s game. I am not sure what he was thinking when he reintroduced Sokratis into the starting lineup, brings Tierney when Kola went down when Tierney should have started in the first place, shunts Auba to the wings and starts Willock again, worsestill higher up the pitch with Ozil rotating around the wings.
Freddy has not shown he is ready to make difficult changes with this team. I have told everyone not to tell me he is just an interim because the season is still young and I am not going to accept experimentations. If he was not up to the task he should have told the board when he was offered the position!!! If this is the case, we may as well go ahead and make a permanent hire now, rather than wait until the end of the season.
Big shout out to Pepe, he brought some spark, he just needs goals to compliment his performances...

I know I talked about willock before the game. Ljumberg lost that game first half with his stupid starting 11. Willock should just be relegated to the u23. I have not seen such lackadaisical attitude and foolish play from a youngster for a very long time. Pepe really added urgency to our game, he just need that scoring touch from him, and the tempo of our game increased with his introduction. I think that's the only positive from ystdy's game.
Lacazette , aside the goal underwhelmed. Poor hold up play, his link up was good enough. Xhaka tried tho, but our midfield is still a problems. No closing down on opponents when they're with ball.
Mehn, I'm beginning to believe most of this other clubs have quality players than us. It's just so sad how we're weak quality-wise, physically and mentally. Just so so sad

Xhaka, I'm not his fan, but he tried, but notice he's very poor on the ball, he only stands and spray passes all day, compare him to Aaron Moy, Moy was doing everything I'll like from a midfielder, dominant, good with the ball,drives it up,winning duels easily, confident and bullying our small frame players. He was a CM,DM and CAM yesterday.

How many of our players have more than 2 special talent? How many can shoot,dribble, cross, create defense splitting passes, good in the air,shielding the ball,natural scorers, free kicks etc..

I urge you to see games from midtable teams in England SeriA,LA liga,Bundesliga etc and compare their players ability, strength and spirit to ours. It'll be v.clear bro.

This was exactly what I was saying the other day. Xhaka can never ever play in the middle of the park either as a CM or DM. All he wants to do is stand at a particular spot and spray passes to the end of the earth. None of the CM/DM of top 6 teams play that way(This explains where we are where we are). He seem to slow for premiership where one has to make decisions in an instant.

Sincerely Xhaka needs to go to make way for somebody faster and mobile. At a point yesterday i wished Torriera had Xhaka's stature whcih Xhaka was obviously wasting away

At the point we were tied at 1-1, he could've taken out Ozil whose only contribution to that game is the corner-kicks he played all night. Taking out Ozil and introducing martinelli would've mounted pressure on Brighton's backline making it difficult for them to leave their defence to attack us which led to their second goal.

I think going forward he needs to also ditch Sokratis for Chambers in that CB role. Sokratis just finds it so difficult to play ball with his feet. He excels in Jam-body only.
