Clubkonnect was to me the best thing after slice bread. Initially they were too good to be true. Imagine getting 2gig mtn for as low as #918 and paying NEPA bills with a discount.
My problem with clubkonnect started on the 19th of October 2019. I did a 2 gig data and was never credited bearing in mind that the main reason why I patronise clubkonnect is because of its cheap data prices. I have spent over #500 extra trying to get my money worth of initial data. Every time I call its always straight to answering machine. I have spoken to their customer representative Lola many times and the worst is that she keeps saying the same thing. I will look into it yet at the point of writing this I have not been credited any data. Am so vexed right now. I called mtn customer care to complain about this data as instructed by lola all to no avail because there is no trace of such transaction on my sim card.
Pls and Pls who has experienced this great injustice from clubkonnect kindly share your grievance here and how you overcame!!!

i called ur customer care line and was told to call mtn customer care because the transaction according to her was successful. I called mtn call center and was directed by them to provide the number and time that the Transaction was made.
I called ur customer care line again for abt 8 minutes and I told her that I called MTN customer care and they insisted I give them the number that transfered the data to me and what time was the data transferred. your customer representative refused to give me that information. Pls kindly tell me how do I get my suppose data you claim to have sent when you have refused to give me the information I need to give MTN customer care representative to track it.
I even told her to call MTN customer care herself and request that I get credited since the transaction information is with her and can easily be traced from the line she used in sending me the data. instead she is saying nothing can be done abt it. At whose loss pls.

Clubkonnect service is one of the worst you will experience. The ladies on the Customer's service desk are rude and keep dropping one's call when ever they manage to pick, they wouldn't even hear you out, and next they will just drop the call. I have called them more than a dozen times, same thing.

Made an ATM payment of ₦2k, was debited and not credited even though my bank reference number and all was there, called them to notify them of it, the rude ladies replied I should contact my bank... I did that.
then I made another payment, this time a bank transfer of ₦3k, still it wasn't credited to my wallet. called them to notify them n the rude ladies Kept dropping my calls knowingly. once I get my money off your system, that will be the end, so I can have my peace of mind. you can carry your system and go... very unbecoming of you guys.

And my ID is 08064083625
Pls i have sent u mail thru my email no response and ive tried all my effort to reach the clubkonnect thru there line no way kindly help me pay the money to gotv so that the customer can view picture

This transaction you made was back in October. we had application downtime then and this has been resolved now. Kindly check your balance before and after the said transaction you will discover that we actually charge you N886.50K for the transaction.
