Hello nairalanders ,I have a problem with my Tecno pouviour 3 Air the phone is quite good 5000mAh for battery and cool screen size, good phone .but there is a little problem with the phone when I try multitasking .
i.e if I minimize a particular app and work on another then back to that old app the app starts afresh not from the initial point I left it but from the beginning even Notes . It's frustrating I had to use Google I was told to get the developer option function I did and yet nothing . please nairalanders anyone with a solution about this should help thanks

What do u expect a 1gb ram phone to do instead of u to buy umidigi A3 pro for similar price with 3gb ram on jumia for just 29500 including shipping fee or umidigi A3 with 2gb for 25000

The problem is the processor of the device, it's not well optimised, so little tasks can be very difficult for the phone to handle and retain.
It has nothing to do with the ram, that processor with a 9gig ram will be unable to keep Facebook lite in background process.
When choosing your next device, do a little research on the devices chipset and resource management. If possible, stay away from anything tecno, infinix and itel.

That's a lie the processor is mostly about speed although it affects the ram management but with that processor if packed with 2gb ram it will keep Facebook open talk less of 9

I think the problem is associated with the pouvoirs?

Has this happened from the beginning when you bought the device? Or did it just start along the way?

since I started playing the game I even did factory reset but the problem still persist I hv even deleted dream league because of same problem

It's quite disheartening, I just bought my own pouvoir 3 air today and have started experiencing the same issue.
Had it been I saw this thread before I wouldn't have go for the phone ���

This is common to tecno I think..
It has bad ram management....

Unlike some phones...
I had a 1gb ram Panasonic that ran 6 apps fb and Whatsapp with chrome in the background.


So 1gb ram isn't an excuse

This is just unusual of Tecno smartphones, I opted from pop 2 power to this pouvoir 3 air but only for me to realize that the Pop 2 power is even better despite the 1gb RAM.

I'll just return mine tomorrow, maybe I'll exchange it with spark 4

I think that is a general problem for pouvoir 3 air, ram and processor coupled with the fact that the os installed is a go edition of android 9..

Mine is just there for specifically playing word cross.. I have other phones.

That is totally a no no for me

Update and stop at October update. If you try November update. You are back to square 1. Transsion fones are bad at ram management though. My last fone b4 stolen (Panasonic) was 1gb ram with os 8 Android and all was good. Waiting for December update maybe they'll have fixed the issue.
