I've finally fallen a victim of rating wahala. I finished a call I know I should get a 5 rating, only for me to get an automatic 1 for misheard. Howvever, I was granted a redo. Interestingly, when I worked on the redo, what the rating mu.mu called misheard was actually correct. I resubmit like that without correcting it, alas, another rating crew with sense gave me my sweet 5. If only I can see the first rating mu.mu to dash him/her a slap. 1 Like |

Please I was sent a link to redo my job. But when I click on it, it says 'call not ready for transcription' and am still within the deadline. How can I access the job? NB: I am using Chrome, on my mobile phone. Thanks in anticipation. |

donasere:The best thing I like hearing on QA and always anticipate is "I will place you on a brief hold please..." That "brief hold" may actually last to the ending part of the call. E dey sweet die. 2 Likes |

I just withdrew $321 few hours ago and it entered my account like speed of light. That's 4 weeks hustling for Qa. God bless the people who made this thread. Hustlers in the house, I greet you guys. This weekend has not been in the favor of most of us in this hustle and that's why I want to suggest something. Please, those that are in the new platform and are finding it easy as well as getting good ratings, please share with the house how you got to understand the new platform and the skills you're using to get through. The reason why I'm saying this is that, some of us are still using the old platform while some may lose their job due to poor ratings as a result of this new platform. So, if you've gotten some ideas, let us help ourselves as we always do. You can also do it with an example. Thank you. Happy Sunday everyone. 1 Like |
