Questions asking is a veritable tool for dialectics.

What exactly happened in the video?

Was there seen any DSS Operative in the video background or not?

Who are those who held on to Sowore?

Was there any DSS detachment on the court premises on this day?

Was Sowore driven in Falana' Car?

Where did they drive to?

Where is Sowore now?

On bail or yet under custody?

Answers to this will by truth and fact narrate what happened in the court room

@GeoAfrikana,the question is : why did they rearrest him? I'll always see the DSS as an irresponsible and lawless secret service. So unlike anything about secret service.
Well, concerning the word ,REVOLUTION that Sowore used, that's where I blame him.I don't blame him for calling for one,but announcing it.Revolutions and counter revolutions are not announced or advertised. There is no text book formula for it. It's a spontaneous carthasis. The Arab Spring of 2011,the birth of revolutions in France in 1789 ,and the very many protests giving birth to political upheavals are pointers.

Lalasticlala, other side of the story.

Emotions and sentiments apart;

First, sincerely when I watched the video yesterday I was confused. I didn't see any persona that looked like a DSS officer. I've once had an 'encounter' with DSS officers.
They escorted the corpse of a federal icon from Abuja to our village for burial. They arrived early in the night, witnessed the burial, shot guns in the air and drove off.

It was an intimidating experience. They were so organised and gallant. Their men were heavily built and their guns were sophisticated. No one in that video is similar to the typical DSS officer in my imagination.

Secondly, the word REVOLUTION that Sowore used is enough crime against him. I'm almost certain that if someone tried a tenth of such in the US he would be corpse in less than a month. Or at least be undead in Guantanamo.

Note: I'm opened to objective counter-arguments. If you rationally, objectively and politely debate my points then I'll listen to you. I'm willing to engage in intellectual debates.

But if all you have is insults and curses then expect no response from me.

Thanks for reading.
I am not going to insult you but tell you the truth.

You obviously didn't see the tall guy that dragged Sowore on the floor in the video

You obviously didn't see the lawyers who were fighting to resist the arrest of sowore I. the hallow chamber

You obviously don't know that only court can convict people not your own honest opinion. Hence, until the court determines that his use of the word revolution is bad he is not a criminal.

You obviously don't know Buhari once used the word revolution while he was still in the opposition.

So there are things you obviously don't know. So I won't insult you.

My friend there are different departments within the DSS. Not all of them dress like commandos. Don't you see personal body guards of the president and governors that are DSS officers? They are always in suits. You hardly know they are armed sef.
We also have DSS officers working in every local government offices nationwide as spies.
So don't expect DSS officers dressed like commandos to come inside the courtroom. The ones inside will be in suits or other clothing sef.

What many of you seem not to realize is that BOTH things could have happen: 1. Sowore and his supporters faked the court room drama. 2. DSS rearrested Sowore.

We know number 2 happened but why are people doubting that no. 1 happen? Sowore and his supporters probably staged no.1 to draw greater international to his case. Watch the video again. You will see that the court room drama appeared staged. Now I am not saying it was staged but do not rule out the possibility.
You've made your point well. But my question is where os Sowore at the moment if he wasn't arrested?

Then i also need you to go on Instagram and go through Instablog posts for yesterday. There's a shocking video of how DSS officials whisked Sowore away in their Vans while forming Convoy. The scene looks like what i have only seen in American movies.. Its as serious as that. I wish i could upload the video right under this comment. But go check it out yourself. Now after watching the video, i doubt you will even wanna believe the court drama yesterday was staged..

However, when SOWORE stepped out of the court and sighted operatives of the Service within the premises, he ran back into the courtroom. In a bid to shield him from an imaginary arrest, his uncontrollable supporters mobbed him while chanting ‘you can’t arrest him’ thus the pandemonium that ensued.. .......This DSS report is in agreement with what I said and posted today. The certainty of number 2, does punch a huge hole in the possibility of number 1.

But why would you put the factual occurrence as number 2 but the hypothesis as number 1.

You're probably biased.

. I will be the first to agree with your comment.I watched the video too and analysed it today.I posted my analysis but some sentimental nairalanders were not happy .That is their choice. I am glad to see thee DSS report tonight which iagrees with my analysis. When reading and commenting it is good to do away with sentiment for it will becloud reasoning.Additionally the word Revolution is the problem with Sowore case.Femi Falana himself knows the implication... We can protest on the street .It is our right to do so but if we use REVOLUTIONit is akin to treason and felony.. Once again thank you for your analysis and non sentimental comment.

There was a man in suit that looks like a DSS official, the man was dragging Sowore to the floor.

If DSS didn't arrest him in court, where is Sowore now?

We all know DSS can lie, the same agency that lied no one came for Sowore.

Read Falana comment on Sowore's "REVOLUTION" and why he shouldn't be arrested for it.

As per the bolded you have made conclusion, but you are not the Court of law let the Court decide. As per the video released by the President's social media assistant. Sowore's supporters didn't pretended to be DSS as they also protested against the DSS by lying in front of DSS vehicle. The DSS played into his hand and exposed PMB government to unwarranted public ridicule. Why rearrest somebody that was just released less than 24hours earlier?

I think we have the same mindset on this scenario but basically, I will like us to unveil the hidden together may be we can arrive at something logical.
I watched two videos of the court incidence: I had the same impression you have when watching the first videos, that is, the one showing people rough handling and protecting swore at the same time on the court bench. That scenario was 'originally' faked and staged. You can never see the attacker only the protectors making the scenario look as if they needed to protect. A lady was even pointing a midget to him for interview so dat the scenario will look as if the guy was under duress (common, that was too ridiculous and childish).
There was need for me to watch the second video because of Falanas allegation that they wanted to arrest him in the court room but he insisted that it should not be in the court room even if they need to rearrest him. That was the video that showed one or two men in black suit I guess to be DSS guys. Those two guys in suit did not look like toughened nor seem to be persons attacking anyone. But my curiosity checked on the reason a lawyer was confronting one of them with words like 's no do you think you are?' or something.... before the dramatists whiskies him away as if they have rescued him.
Now, the clarification I want us to work on is:
1, did they attempt to rearrest swore after the courts adjournment truly?
2, if so, what was their approach and what was supposed to be the proceedings?
3, if they needed to rearrest him, we're they supposed to inform the court and get arrest warant from the court ssince he was on bail?
4, let's assume swore dramatized immediately he saw them outside the courtroom and he has had the rumour that they wanted to rearrest him, why we're they waiting for him if they did not intend to arrest him?
5, Why did Falana needs to drop him off in their office after the channels tv interview if they did not intend to arrest him at initial?
6, why did they detain him again if they didn't have the intention at initial?
7, personally, I indict DSS for being unprofessional and unruly but at the same time believe that Sowore will implicate himself the way he's going about this whole thing and if people like Falana and co are not careful with that uncouth boy, he will eventually rubbish their integrity just like the way Cownu rubbished his lawyer...

You didn't arrest Sowore, everything was an act.
So in other words, the DSS is claiming they don't know where Sowore is.
So Sowore is nowhere to be found?
I hope its not what I'm thinking.

seriously, i watched that video before even reading comments from lauretta onochie or the DSS. As i watched it, i struggled hard to find anyone that looked like a DSS personnel there. There was nothing that seemed to show that the DSS was within that court premises. I know the DSS quite well. They are too organized for such a childish and unprofessional show that i watched in that video. It now makes more sense to me that this whole arrest thing was a drama put up by Sowore and co.
