What frustrates me with Rodrygo is that he tries very hard to avoid taking on players. I think soon opponents would know that he won't dribble them so they'd simply start pressuring him aggressively when he has the ball. this is what happened to Asensio too

I woke up very early thinking we would maintain our top position.. but i got disappointed seeing barcelona on top, it HURTS. Elclassico is approching. We need at least bale for that right wing. Rodrygo I think, should be substituted in the later half. My main wish is for mardrid to win LALIGA. My mind isnt really at that champions league. I think the key is aggressively disrupting their buildups in semi-legal ways and ensuring their midfield is so overwhelmed they can't support the attack. They'll then have to switch to attacking with full backs which will leave them vulnerable to counter attacks from the likes of Vinicius and Fede Valverde (I regard him as Madrid's equivalent of United's McTominay).

Too bad Lucas Vasquez is injured, his workrate could have come in useful on the right flank.

I think Zidane will setup a counter strategy which will be devastating if Barca deploy a high line.
