It was a big battle before I could log in. Tried both phone and laptop, I was not able to start until around 3.09pm. Workforce didn't try at all, 20 questions for 7mins. I pray I scale through sha.

20 questions. maths and english. didnt even solve the maths at all, i just picked anything. focused mainly on the image questions. started the test at 3.07. it ended at 3.14

Y would they give 7 minutes for 20 questions, compound interest, probability, percentage, logical reasoning.

For you to access the test, it involves constant refreshing of browser. I guess they were uploading the questions as at the time it was showing error.

Workforce is joking they are not serious at all...

I was shortlisted for the 7mins test but the "Take test" page did not open. The information therein was "404 page not found." I used an updated Google Chrome browser to acess it. In fact I kept trying every other browser that I have until the time elapsed. What could be the problem? What more can I do? I already sent Workforce Group a mail stating that the page couldn't be found.

I wasn't able to do the test, it was just rolling on the system, later at 3.06 I opened it on phone and the server logged it out again..

This isn't the first time this is happening with Sterling bank recruitment. If you check as far back as their 2014 GT recruitment, same thing happened. But the time was extended to allow folks access the portal and take the test.

But this time around it's workforce group and it's same story. And the reason is simple; the test portal was overwhelmed. They should've extended the period allowed to take the test and this issue would've been minimal. Even after the millionth reminder mails.

I'd advise y'all to go on Twitter and inform Sterling bank and workforce group about what happened, attach screenshots of the error messages as back up and there's no way they'll ignore you guys. But if you stay growling here, they'll go ahead with those that were able to take the test and shortlist successful ones for the next stage.

Chai, the test was a sham! Before I could snail in it was already 3 minutes left. I laughed and consoled myself. I'm confident the outcome of this test is not a true reflection of my intellectual ability.

When will we as a nation bring sanity to the recruitment process in Nigeria.

There are always more better things ahead for us

I tried using Chrome and Firefox to no avail, I kept receiving the bad gateway response after logging in, then I decided to switch to Opera mini and it worked, but the time was 3:06 already, I just solved only about 2 questions and guessed the remaining.

The problem I think was the fact that we all had to write at the same time, imagine the traffic, if it was stated that we should take the test anytime between 3 to 4pm or even 3 to 3:30pm, that would have been better.
