I guess that says more about his opponent than it does about the reem. He had a stellar career, champion at almost every promotion hes been with, i just don't know what people like him and BJ Penn are still looking for in the octagon, it certainly can't be worth the damage to their body.

Have you heard Tito speak recently? That mans brain isn't fine.

He's fought 64 times. It's insane.

Bigi got some buzz because he dropped Arlovski (who is a tomato can these days)

I was impressed by his G and P but he's now far too old and weak. Vintage Overeem would have locked the guillotine choke on him. He would be in the GOAT discussion if he wasn't cursed with a glass chin

Lol if Tito was my father I would go on hunger strike for him to stop fighting

Did you see how Ben Rothwell almost castrated Struve. Lool you can't watch that and not hold your blockus
Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 3:45pm On Dec 08, 2019
I dont think Zion is playing again this year and i dont think he should. He should take the year off and come back next season fully in shape and rejuvenated. The pelicans have nothing to gain by risking him this season.

I mean if a person was a gatekeeper all through his career i can understand him remaining in the game for as long as possible. But guys like reem and Tito need to take a page out of DC and GSPs playbook, if you cant stay at the top whats the point of ruining your legacy by staying in the game.

I saw the card and thought it wasnt worth the watch and apparently from what everyone is saying i missed a classic. Stefan Struve is the biggest waste of size in any sport ever and apparently his future kids are going to be retarded. LOL.

I think a guy like Reem wants to be UFC Champion really badly. He had his chance but blew it vs Stipe, very rarely does a challenger ever get multiple chances to win a belt. Now he's just facing younger, bigger and stronger fighters and racking up unnecessary losses.

That ref was a ret@rd he should have DQd Rothwell for those multiple groin shots. Struve was robbed and if he had milked that second kick maybe Rothwell gets the DQ. His bravery cost him.

If draws are your thing then you missed a classic. It was ok but the fans were terrible

Yeah that ship has sailed a while ago.

I'm watching the Overeem fight right now ands that butt crack is disgusting but so far reem just dry humping rozenstruik. And BTW DC is a very good commentator.

The battle of the cardio kings next week, Colby vs Kamaru. Never seen a more evenly matched fight in my life, their styles are so similar and heck they literally have the same record. Who do you got? and not that i take anything colby says seriously but hes claiming Kamaru is on EPO and its gaining traction in the community.

I didn't say it was close. If he can't stand in the middle with Ruiz who will he stand in the middle with?

Like I said, he boxed well and got his belt back. But the question here is how that fighting style will help him against the big 2?

As if you didn't see him stand in the middle with Klitschko and match him pound for pound.

AJ is no Larry Holmes or Lennox or Tyson. He isn't perfect but AJ is not the sissy you are painting him to be. Dude got mind and guts.

My only concern with him is that he needs external motivation to prime himself up to really fight. He can be demotivated and that's dangerous for a fighter. It cost him that fight with Ruiz. He had nothing to gain from fighting Ruiz and everything to lose. Came in ill prepared for the Mexican. He confessed as much in an interview after the Ruiz loss.

I hope that loss had engrained a deep lesson and motivation into him.

G. Kittle is a beast!!!!!! The best tight end in the league and should be in the MVP conversation.

Yeah he stood and banged with washed klitschko and guess what? he got dropped. He got back up and won, but he still got dropped.

I'm not saying hes a sissy, i'm just question what he has to offer the top guys.

I hope you lot are right about him and its not just blind enthusiasm, i really do. Unfortunately, i know better than that.

DC is arguably the best commentator in recent times. He really is set for life when he retires

It was a decent fight shades of Lewis and Ngannou but with a bit more offense especially in the second round. This Rozenstruik chap has a very poor takedown defense. DC or Stipe would embarrass him

My biased side is leaning towards Kamaru but you can literally bet your house that it's going to go down to the judges. Just too close to call

AD with 17 first quarter points and another monster defending. I think it's safe to say he has hit peak form for the season. It took a while due to those niggles here and there, but he's there now.

Hes about to drop 50 on these clowns.

Notice how every big that plays against AD disappears?

Like i said, the DPOY discussion isn't even close.

Yeah hard fight to call but i want Kamaru to beat the living daylight out of him.

AJ says he was sick before the first fight. I agree with him, he looked drained and unusual a few days before the first. He looked like he took a beating in sparring sessions.

I think it's fair to admit AD and King James are the best duo in the NBA. Also AD certainly made the Best decision for His Career(. He knows His career would be looked at differently If He fails to win a Chip so He came to the right place to do just that(reason why I would never criticize KD for moving to the Warriors).

KD deserves all the criticism. He was the de facto second best player in the league, even crowned best by many. He had a top 10 player as sidekick, but no, he left him to join a team that had the two best shooters of all time, including the previous two MVP of the league(not forgetting they were a 73 win team, very important). That has to be the weakest move in NBA history. Now I don't mind if you put LeBron's move to Miami in second place, but the gap between this first place and second place is enormous.

I'm sure his team and family are still with him. They're not going to leave over a failed chemistry issue or shoulder injury. And this is no where close to an Antonio Brown situation. So, Kyrie will be fine. It's not like the Cavs and LeBron won back to back championships after he left. Not everyone can stomach the negative aspects created by the fans and media of playing under LeBron. He will be fine.

of course they are not leaving. they are family. but the fact is his career trajectory was altered in part by family members. That what I mean when I compare it to Antonio Brown. Its not that Kyrie is AB crazy. Its that for both of them, they had family members egging them on while outsiders could see the danger in the career moves.

Have you seen the video of AB talking to his mom when the raiders let him go? No one could call him out and say...brah, grow up and be professional. Even the mom was happy when the Raiders cut him.

Even now, eith his career in tatters, Im sure they will be feeding his head with how he was wronged by the NFL, when any outsider can see AB was 99% at fault. Im hoping Kyrie is saner

Speaking of value, with LeBron off the floor the lakers have a negative net rating, with every other laker off the floor Davis included, the lakers have a positive net rating. AD is playing the best basketball of his career on both ends IMO and you can see how much easier things are for him with LeBron on the floor. While they are close in every other statistical category LeBron is the primary facilitator and leads the league in assists. In the end there are a lot of things that can change before the season ends so I will leave the MVP debate right now until 2/3rd of the season has played out.

But i'm not going to buy into this narrative that pits LeBron against AD. As a LeBron fan it feels really good to see him not having to carry a team again and to see AD take some of that load off of him. If you notice LeBrons game play these days hes shooting a lot of mid range Js and 3 pointers (6/8 yesterday) and thats not by accident, he knows exactly what hes doing. Hes not driving as much to preserve his body and prolong his career and you have to admire that self awareness. The lakers look scary right now. I haven't seen him in such a good position or mood in a very long time and i hope it culminates in another championship, hopefully a few more after that.

Now, if we can just get past the trade deadline without drama.
