Gold having a bit of a pull down around the 1462 earlier mentioned area. But equities still significantly down so I suspect it's just a consolidation.
Please I don't want to wake up in the morning and read a blame email on how trade turned around. I plan my trade and trade my plan. I’m not God, so use your own thoughts and try to see what I see. I'm actually not a very good teacher, funny enough I've learnt a whole lot since I started to share analysis and trades on here.
This is a good opportunity to reenter gold if you missed the first entry.
Finally if I promised to send you some old study materials, it's simply just old charts that I annotated and followed time after time again. I'm having difficulty accessing those files which are about 12years old, I'd definitely get access to that desktop insha Allah but please try to follow the charts I'm posting now and explanations, you would equally learn in real time. Ok it's like something was in that tea that has taken sleep out of my eyes, let me briefly explain how I manage trades and build on profits and run away from losses.
I once mentioned that i always trade as much margin as i can spread across different instruments. The account has gone to 20% profit so i have some room to add a trade .I have a strong conviction that all equities would fall this week, what else is expected when they are all at their all time highest!!
I'd sell AUS200 @ at 1432 sl 1450 TP open for now.
On the contrary if the account had been in 20% loss I'd have closed all trades and waited for fresh new setups.

It's a bullush flag formation and should likely break. Most conservative entry is to wait for breakout then confirmation but I'm aggressively lookingg for sharp sharp profits with all the politics going on in the UK.

Now I'd like to let you know that I took this bold step tonight because of you. I wanted you to see if I had lost these opening trades, I would try again and again till I'm in cumulative profit. Forex is about calculated probability, if you are a coward you can't trade, that's what a lot of people do, they post wonderful setups but don't trade and look only for when the big money bait comes in for them to gamble their funds.
However, in this case I made profit, I would consolidate and look for the next profitable setup and close some trades in loss and have negated my initial assessment to enter the trade in the first place.
Forex is not a gamble like many here see it. It's a well thought out plan that is carried out with almost succinct accuracy. That's why many do not realize how following set of rules day in day out would give you the potential to grow your account exponentially. But don't worry the way I just traded in real time and real account in front of all of us, I would still be here to prove a few more things insha Allah. Just spread the love to others in need no matter how little and also your prayers.
So Mr young man, I was in this stage of your life about 18years ago and if I had 100usd and knew about trading then. I'd have bought over @seun with a few Forex billion naira and have him be my COO in the next best startup after Facebook, lol. I honestly can't understand how Forex can be placed in the same category as HYIP, MLM,Binary and even grambling, do you know Donald Trump is highly invested in the forex markets and Warren Buffet the one time richest man has the biggest mutual fund that also trades forex? This is insulting

Keep at it and you'd get a promising job. But in the meanwhile please put that 100usd in a good broker like hotforex and start making it for yourself. If you're Christian, remember the one who was given talents and buried it? May you never be that man, you've discovered a skill that is still very unexplored especially in these parts of the world, utilize it!

Finally I plead that you do not get the misconception that I'm bragging or trying to intimidate some others. Far from it! I hate the horrible experiences I had to go through to get to this point and more so the lies and deception that I constantly met on the quest to get a market edge.

Just keep your head down and make sure you know your basics is the best advice I can give you. Other than that it’s all psychology

The account that I started with in negative has gone to some decent profits in just over an hour of trading. It has even made about 10% of profits in the same period. I still won't say what I started the account with, before the demo traders jump on the attack, but at least I can show what it will be as the week proceeds, that way its clear for all to judge. Forex profits are real and they are not controlled by anyone's rules, your mind is the ultimate determinant of your outcome, I repeat it's all about your MIND. I'm grateful to @Dominique and the other mods that after all these posts, not a single ban!!! Kai, my heart was beating everytime I thought my entire plan would be interrupted by the usual ban I get.

I'm going to take another buy in oil at 58.70 but I'm moving sl for both trades up to 58.50, not willing to take too much exposure on oil. So if you missed the first entry this is an opportunity to take oil buy with only 15pips risk, even if you use 0.5 oil lots, that's only 7.5usd risk for some good profits if it plays out as it should. I think I can take only 2 more trades today. Would try to update this good house when I do.

I notice your trades do move quickly. Why does a 50 pip tp takes three weeks to reach target and another 150 pip to takes just two days to reach it target?

Unfortunately my trades hit SL but I don't see any technical reasons that oil should be going down, I just thought to mitigate risk for you guys by reducing the sl, but if you trade oil often, you'd understand that you need to give it space to breathe. The pair can move normally 100pips per hour easily, sorry I've brought velocity and displacement into trading

I'm taking a revenge buy again at 58.50 sl is 15pips tp is average 200pips to cover the first loss of about 60pips and give me some good percentage returns on the risk. If this one fails. I'm not trading oil again until Mr Oyel shows up and drops his analysis. Selah.

Bro I actually do take certain trades just before the news or one highly sensitive report. If my technicals align with the time of the trade, I set the trade and hope for the best outcome. Just like we did with the NFP on friday. I had already planned that if the bulls did not break 1480 before the news then it was just the big players trying to get gold up to a point they would sell massively and profit from the news. That's how I could close the longs I was in 20mins to the news and placed a sell trade. The outcome was over 150pips in about an hour. This is not a random demo trade, it was planned and shared here in public before the execution.

But all this grammar is still probabilities and the ability to keep your mind focused on the bigger picture.
Also trading off higher time frame trendlines has the ability to make a trade go fast when you are in the right direction, I held USDCAD sell at around 3300, it did not move or would swing up and down for only 10 to 30 pips for over a week, but the day it moved, I got almost 120pips same day. Now draw a trendline on the
Daily tf for the Loonie and see that was a strong down trendline.
But then some pairs are just knuckle heads. Like the AUDUSD has ranged less than 700pips all through this whole year!! That means if you get a decent 30pips daily move on that pair in any trade, use the profits to buy chicken and present a thanksgiving sacrifice, so the heavens can inhabit the fagrance of your act. But after the proceedings please send me the smoked meat to eat, because as a waterside kiddo, it's only fish fish I see to eat

If you have tried demo and you have been doing well on it, then their is nothing wrong with starting a live account to have the taste of it as well. Go ahead bro, na your money. If you don't try live account, you won't learn faster.

Ok this night is starting off fabulously, it will continue like this by God's grace. The continuation candle I was looking for has appeared, gold has gone in some tiny profits and the account that started red at the start of the session has gone into a tiny profit that has made my mind ready for black tea and sleep for a few hours then get refreshed to look at the markets.
