Who commands more fear between the Nigerian Army and the Department of State Services (DSS) ?

Army is feared more by streets touts while dss & efcc (both police) are the nightmare of online criminals.

Sadly, some touts are online criminals as well. I have one of that combination on my trail at the moment.

Army are brutal.

The Department of State Services (DSS) is responsible for internal security and reports to the president through the national security adviser & quite limited whilst the army is about attainment of National Security. The army definitely commands more fear

In the States, FBI and Secret Service are just retirement or resting place for tough Marines and Navy Seals who want to remain active after service. Even with numerous Secret Sevice agents, US President can't step an inch without making sure that US Marines are near him all the time.

Are u sure this OP does not mean Police to DSS? Its like this thing nah Typo oooo.......DSS is not even a member of the armed forces....And you're comparing them with the most senior force in the country.....in security heirachy. ....police is a force DSS is a service...like immigration service, customs service etc.....they just like doing stealth mode up and down.....ever heard of DSS in a shoot out? They only do civilians.
