jennyswtie:LoL... you aren't doing anything wrong, it's quite normal to have fewer calls on Sunday/Monday morning, it will pick up later, and besides, the amount of calls you see on your queue is dependent on the level you are at. This seems like what would be fun. I used to transcribe my lecture recordings for later proper reading. If I can do something similar to that for some change, it would be really cool.
