I was never in Ilesha. I'm in ipetu ijesha, boss

Try and get into the fattening business, we cant all live in Lagos and urban areas..

Broiler Fattening - Takes an average of 6 to 7weeks rear and sell off......
Start with 25 birds.... do it 2 times in a month....
The key thing is to work on the cost of feeds.
My experimental birds are almost at 1.8kg at 39days....
With a self made feed mix together in my compound by my kids.... at a cost of N=2500 per bag...

Cow Fattening - Takes an average of 3 months...
Get one calf about 100kg and fatten it up for 3 months with local resources...
Sell it during festivity period to abattoirs in your environs...
You can do this 4 times in a year and scale up......

Pig Fattening- Also takes an average of 3months.......
Goat/Ram Fattening - Also takes an average of 3 months.....
Cheap Feed resources are available in the rural areas.
Work on cheap resources to get results.. read wide...
It is possible...

You will succeed. Baba re a gbe o ....Iya re a ti lehin ...ooo

I almost got 6.6% for 262 days from First Bank. By the time I replied my accounts officer, it was gone.
I am hoping tomorrow I get something similar.

And what is your take on CBN owning a TB website? It is not done and it can never be done. Or do you mean that CBN would debit you directly from an account opened with a commercial bank?

For your info, majority of those bank tellers and customer service officer working in banks has little or no knowledge about TB and following their unstable advice may be misleading. a trial I believe would convince you.

To butress the fact that it is owned by Access Bank, u advise you to go to their official website and just enter treasury bill in the search engine to see how the link will pop up for you to see within two seconds.

No doubt majority of Bank staff have no knowledge about TB. I walked into Zenith Bank today to inquire about MMF but unfortunately they have no idea what it meant. I had to walk out of the bank.. Isn't that shameful? Back to Access Bank Tbills website, since the CC is able to verify the authenticity of the website, there is no cause for Alarm!

Yes. I discovered a subsidiary is in charge of MMF but that isn't an excuse for their ignorance.

Make I open Una eyes small, one of the most lucrative property investment is chalets lodge where oloshos lodge and service customers.

A small room is charged N3000 per day X 7 days = N21,000 per week X 4 weeks = N84,000 per month.

Now if you have 20 rooms in the building that will be N84,000 X 20 = N1.6 million per month.

Use N250K settle police and do minor repairs per month, profit N1.3 million per month.

Runs out of thread no be me talk am o !

I'm begining to appreciate diversification of business. I saw one hotel well packaged with an average single bed of 2,500k a night and double bed of 3,500k a night closed to Dangote Cement Factory in Obajana. The number of people that patronised that hotel were much just because of the "environment it's being sited".
I also saw some hostels around the Kwara State University, Malete being constructed in self contained apartments each and I was told that those ones with water and well fenced go for 250k each per annum while others that not too closed to the school go for 200k per annum.
I'm personally seeing property business as a factor of location. It's not really adviceble (for those going into building and renting) to rent a house to anybody directly without the involvement of a lawyer. In most places, tenants may not even see the landlord through his staying in a particular apartment. Everything is being done by a lawyer and the cash goes into his account when the house is due.
Someone also told me how he is making it in dry cleaning business. He moved to a newly developed site in the city and paid less in shop. He also goes outside to get clothes from his customers and returned them when he's is done.
Tb will never tight us down
