CAN IMPALANCE DIET CAUSE VAGINAL ODOR?

Yes! Since whatever we eat can also be excreted by the body through body fluids, a woman's diet is capable of influencing her vaginal odor.
The vagina is acidic in nature having a pH of between 4.9 and 3.5. This pH is contributory to the natural scent of the vagina. Any upset in this pH range can cause an unpleasant vaginal smell.

WHAT CHANGES VAGINAL PH?

More than a few conditions and infections can affect the vaginal pH balance, usually by increasing pH levels.
The foods we eat have different degrees of acidity and alkalinity. Acidic foods such as Oranges makes the vagina smell and taste better while strong spices, onions, garlic, alcohol can cause unpleasant smell.
