In this case, no single ranking government official is present.
We all know how unions like to patronize new government so being near the government house
means nothing.

The Oyo State Government Secetariate is on a fenced expanse of land, housing the Assembly house, the governors office and top ministry and agencies.. bikes are not authorised for no reason so the Governor knows about this, besides he just started a new reform on bikes and trycircle forcing rhe numbers of passengers they moust carry, so everyone in Oyo knows it is Makinde's doing with or without press coverage, and please dont compare fashola with that guy.. its an insult to Fashola SAN

what you like is your concern, my concern is with the hazard risk this trash posses to other road users.. if you want to kill yourself with untested innovation of trampolin on a bike its fine but dont bring such unsafe crap to the public and endanger everybody
