This is very unsafe. It will distort the aerodynamics and the wind flow around the bike. In an event of heavy winds it will now help in trapping air and can lead to the bike being blown down.

It will be a shield during the rain and against blurry vision for both the rider and passenger.

It will also deter riders from overloading the bike with excess luggage or passengers.
