Pointguardusa: The world has moved on from WWII but if you bring up Hitler people will still tell you he was an evil man because he mad evil choices. We have moved on from KD, doesn't mean his move stopped being weak because of it. KD made his choice and his choice was weak. Again, nothing is ever going to change that fact. |

KarnBarlow:Answer my question first. Teaming up with the top players in your draft class... Is that consider weak, yes or no? Keep in mind, one of them already won a championship and a finals mvp. 1 Like |

KarnBarlow: Your arguments like those of his critics promoting this narrative are mere subjective arguments that hold no substance. The Normad left Cleveland after a horrible showing against the Celtics in the 2nd round I think during the 09/10 post season. It was beat down and a historical loss for the Cavs and that sealed it for him.. Why did he not stay back to fight the Celtics and earn his first ring? Would Bron have won a ring by himself in Ohio if he did not leave? If he did not take his talents to South Beach to form the big 3 could you beat your chest and conclusively argue that he would have won a title earlier than he did? Whether KD joined the globetrotters or teamed up with the Warriors is inconsequential and not any different from the Normad exchanging the cold winter months in Ohio for the warm beaches of Miami and decimate the Eastern conference! How on earth is that any different? Heck, the last time we checked, the Normad was actively trying to recruit Kawhi to join him and AD in the Lakers!! Bro, you guys have the least moral compass to make any sort of argument against the Slim Reaper! Leave it alone, you will never win that argument.. Just like the Normad, the Slim Reaper is a once in a lifetime type of player! He has earned everything, was never a passer by in any team and goodness me do I miss him this season!! 3 Likes 1 Share |

Roland17:Now you're arguing with yourself. Excuse me did LeBron join the Boston Celtics? Did he join the team that beat him? How could anyone possibly think these scenarios are remotely alike? KD could've gone to literally any team and no one would've batted an eye. The wizards were an option, so you join a championship team that has won before and you win and you tell me thats not weak? Doesnt matter which team he joins? It certainly matters which team he joins, especially if he just blew a 3-1 lead against them. Bro, you guys have the least moral compass to make any sort of argument against the Slim Reaper! Leave it alone, you will never win that argument..The only place where this is even an argument is nairaland. Even KD knows deep down those rings with the warriors don't mean sh-t and thats why he ran to brooklyn. Just like the Normad, the Slim Reaper is a once in a lifetime type of player! He has earned everything, was never a passer by in any team and goodness me do I miss him this season!!You can say that as many times as you want, doesn't make it true. You've already said hes your favorite player so you defending him even when it makes absolutely no sense is understandable. Once in a lifetime player? of course no one will deny that, just like no one will deny how plastic his rings are. 1 Like |

LeBron Joined a Miami team that won 47 games and was at the end of a gentleman sweep against the same team that beat him. And then he joined a cleveland team that had one of the worst records in NBA history. Finally he joins a Lakers team that along with the Knicks had the worst record in the NBA over the last few years. Kevin Durant Joined the greatest regular season team that just lost the finals in 7 after blowing a 3-1 lead. Oh he also blew a 3-1 lead against them and actually had a decent team in OKC. His stans on nairaland "its the exact same thing LeBron is doing". I don't even know where to start with you people. Its embarrassing! 1 Like |

This is the most ridiculous argument in basketball and i don't even know why i entertain this poppycock. If a person can't see blatant differences between these two moves i don't know what to tell him. I seriously don't. |

Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 8:06pm On Dec 11, 2019 |
steady986: But our defense has also suffered. Hes on a minutes restriction so he'll probably come off the bench. They'll gently ease him into the team and we'll see how he does. KCP has played okay but hasn't really done much to cement his position as a starter. Alex Caruso on the other hand is quickly becoming one of my favorite lakers. 1 Like |

Orlando has one of the most boring arenas in NBA basketball. You had the Lebron Lakers playing and the place sounded like a graveyard. |

LordAzubuike: Yup!....They Do indeed miss the Chef and to a lesser extent Klay. Once they get those two players back and firing on all Cylinders coupled with one or two new additions, they'll be back. Top 3 in the West no single doubt in my mind. |
