Despite the stupid government and moronic cultural practices things like banking, telecommunications, entertainment, retail and transport (especially flights but now taxis) are much more convenient than they were previously.

Point of correction, Lagos is improving everyday. All thanks to uber idea. The state govt actually lacks this initiative. If they don't know what to do, others would teach them from outside.
