Racoon:A tyrant with one of the worst human rights abuses can not turn to an overnight democrat. The first sign of repentance is restituion, which he never did -by apologizing to all his victims he abused their human rights. He was also one of Head of State that refused to appear before then Oputa Panel trying to reconcile the country. |

Nothing is new under the sun. |
