I am guessing same too maybe they ran out of date ... that’s why the wait till 12 months for CAT B from now till that 12 month should be another summer. Same goes for CAT A in my own thinking going with your words .. then when it’s winter time who knows ... so new applicants won’t get date till next year summer application. My thoughts

We can, 1st we need to write to the Ambassador in Abuja. If he does not respond, we can write to Germany foreign office with a petition signed by student applicants.
