It would require approximately 27 drums of primer at N5000 per drum. I could even make it same color as the main color so the paint covers faster.
From experience, painters don't charge separate for priming because ideally buildings are meant to be primed before painting. They would charge a bit higher though due to the sandpaper application.
Transport companies charge N800 to N1000 per drum to east generally but I will charge at N400 and add it up as a sort of discount not to discourage you with the extra transport cost.

A bucket covers 18/20 sqm

1. Most people aren't engineers like somebody pointed out, they just had experience working with one & different problems might require different approach...

Thou, there are load bearing walls in engineering but this days, blocks are not mould to the required specifications & because of the porous nature of our country, SON isn't concerned about this things, even if they are, their staffs will probably sabotage by collecting bribe so "Worse case scenario" method of construction is being deployed

3. Stiffners otherwise known as columns which aren't heavily reinforced (Our firm Definition) should be deployed at strategic points which gives the frame structure the required stiffness, rigidity, strength & balance that's required... Even if it is going to be at large intervals to support the fascia which will b accompanied by a roof beam

4. Conclusion: If the blocks are solid & could withstand the load, you can do the fascia or better still, introduce Stiffners at strategic joints & hinges

The advantages of quality putty over pop cement are;
Not affected by water, doesn't detach from wall upon impact on it and no wastage of materials due to long open time to work with it.
Just imagine you are screeding with textcoat paint without the sand in it. You can scrape if off easily but gypsum makes use of mechanical bonding by the particles expanding within the pores of the plaster on mixing with water and that's what keys it to the wall.
Hit it with a blunt object and it falls off, add more water to it after setting and it hydrates further more making it to swell and fall off.

The one handling the project is an engineer, I spoke to him this evening and he again guaranteed that he knows what he's doing. In his words he said " pillars and columns are for load sharing" he mentioned something like top and side beam that will share the load. I'm waiting for a graphical illustration from him... When he sends it I will upload here. The blocks are very solid too and the ratio of cement to sand he used was really good. I told him not to economize anything. So I'm suprised he's still saying he knows what he's doing. He's handled large scale projects too and even has plenty right now. I pray nothing wrong happens

It is as a result of capillary rise... Ground water movement in the soil which causes dampness... There are a lot of Anti-damp that u can use buh most aren't that effective so take your time to look for an admixture that's tested & trusted to solve the issue

yes sir. just use directly. The applier may add very little water, about a cup size (250 ml) if he wants to give second coat and wants to make it more workable.

1. Wires - Coleman or Nigerchin. Buy it from the agent for reduced price but make sure you pick it up from the manufacturer's factory to avoid buying fake.

This is another example of unparraleled Honesty, by this gentleman, @gbadexy!

While we are chasing some Contractors and Suppliers for half-delivery of products, missing iron, missing cement, paid-for, yet undone jobs, outright stealing of client's materials, this man noticed that the Client piad for six drums but made a mistake by claiming he paid for five drums!
Some other Supplier will simply 'look away" and pretend they did not notice but this honest man who knows that "honesty pays", quickly reminded the Client of his mistake!

This is after having supplied sand, granite, and cement.

I will have to take this up with necessary law agencies.
