For me i don't know how to lie because my parents are educated, dad, mom and elder brother can detect lies from a far. But the only thing that I lie about is that when they call me to ask me how is school and studies my response is fine. when I have already traveled to another state to hustle.

amidst struggling to school who do I have to scam to get money, I don't have any?

During our undergraduate days, we faced a lot of challenges ranging from school fee, accommodation fee, feeding allowance and money to buy handouts.

This in turn do frustrate our parents making most of them not to pick our calls, some students engage themselves in side hustles while the ones from very rich home have no issues during their stay. Schooling in Nigeria is a rigorous exercise....

During my undergraduate days in one of the state polytechnic, there was a day i called my dad actually, i don't want to ask him money for handouts. So I initiated a plan, I told him a friend of mine just lost his father, he wants to travel to Lagos and he needs money. My father show some condolence for the faked death and he sent 3k to me, when i got to my friends house he was happy i got the money from my dad, and he called my friend who confirmed the death......

Four months later, it was the incidence of the departmental ID cards, I scammed my dad for the second time, ever since then my conscience have been pricking me but I'm still good with it.

My dad was a Nigerian prisons service senior officer and dealt with crooks so there was no way we could have successfully pulled such stunts with him especially as we are all girls. He'll detect and skin you alive. So none.

The one I did was when I collected money for departmental jacket and excursion from my mum which I never went on. I used the money to buy clothes and shoes. The kind conscience wey prick me dah day I buy d clothes no be here o. Since den I no do again.

My mum asked me how much and I told them 100k.My dad said and they said u should pay? I said yes.
It was when I told them that people are now calling me thief in school.My mum shouted, "what nonsense,for how much na?"Go and give them back their money first thing tomorrow and be more careful next time.Na so ohh.

That was my Scam. NTF a lecturer in UNN that year also gave my dad a more confusing answer, which to my dad was sequel to my demands.

One time I collected school fees for first and second semester. As the thing one cast the next session I told my Dad they now only pay for a session.
A friend of mine told a lie about driving a friend's car and badly hitting someone so he was arrested and taken to the police cell. He asked this friend of his to call his mum and tell her that he needed 150k to be free if not he will be charged to court the next day.
In the process of the mum looking for the money she met an AIG of police who said he would help.
That's how he requested to speak with the guy making the calls. The AIG asked which police station it was and the dude lied to the AIG not knowing he was speaking to an AIG. The AIG quickly put a call through to the Police station he was told only for them to say there was no case like that.
Long story short, the job was about going sideways so this friend decided to call the mum himself saying the police just released him because of a call they got from a certain AIG. Buy that she should just send 35k to treat the accident victim. That's how the mum sent the money immediately.

Absorb it any how u wish....If only u had parents like mine then u'd know what I said was no lies at all.....My dad was a big time politician and mum was a nurse working with a federal teaching hospital.I had my ups and downs but I just told u one of my early lies.infact it happened in my First year by the time I was in my final year in school,I doubted if my mum would have believed that talkless of my dad coz nemesis started catching up on me and mum saw I was smoking and following the wrong crowd.. Kent clark was the same as Superman atall just antics.
