Primo piatto ~ in English (1st course) Rice, pasta or soup

Secondo piatto ~ in English (2nd course) Usually meat or fish

Contorni ~ in English (side dish) Mostly Salad or vegetables. After eating all this, we move to the nest stage

Dolce ~ in English (desert) ice cream,cakes or fresh fruit. etc

Lastly. Caffé espresso.... coffee

Definitely you gonna get satisfy after eating all this. The chicken up there was just second course(secondo piatto)

Spice it and allow to sit for sometime, then coat with whatever u desire to use for coating. Medium heat.

If u want it super crusty, u can go for high heat .
