What would you eat this pan of veggies with?

I ate mine with left over fried rice that I had in the freezer and some baked chicken.

I usually stir fry my veggies in SPICY sauce and some tofu.
But when I’m not stir frying, I season with a sprinkle olive oil and herbs for tastes.
Gotta make those veggies appealing.

Kinda but I wash it thoroughly first, pour a little water inside a pot then when boiled I pour the oats inside and stir until it kinda softens and stiffens.

Some said they rinse it to avoid the slimy starch that tends to go along with the oatmeal.

Try and taste it, very nutritious.. you might also wanna add fruit to it tongue
