Apart from paying the poor their wages, they should also be supported because poverty is really painful and they might just be doing that job to keep body and soul together. No employer should punish an employee by denying him/her salary. Such denial is evil. If the employee was not productive, the employer should pay agreed wages and layoff the employee very quickly.

But if the employer doesn't pay up, then the employer should be reported to the police. The employee/poor shouldn't get violent or take law into his/her hands. If the police doesn't do anything about it, God will certainly vindicate that poor one way or the other. Certainly, I'm not referring to that innocent woman murdered by those demons. That is the responsibility of the facility management department of the estate. The estate employed you, not the couple, so they have no business with you..
