1. Quit being alone. This is the very first tin to avoid.
2. Avoid the urge of opening the site to see what is there. U may tell ursef, I jux want to see, no touching. But no it never works bcoz ones u see those divas there the next is erection and to touch ensues.
3. If u enter bathroom, try as much as possible to do ur bathing or shitting business and leave asap.
4. Try and reduce it from 6x to 2x daily, from there to once a week, to once a month. If u can go one week u can go 2,3,4weeks and so on. Don't try to be automatic while trying to quit, it won't work.
5. Don't do long distance relationship. Have a babe nearby who can always cure ur craze wen u need it. You will start enjoying sex again if u quit masturbation.
